Oracle tablespace from uniform to autoallocate

There is no "alter tablespace" syntax for changing it

You must re-define the tablespace to change the extent management:

• Backup the tablespace
• Export the tablespace data
• Drop and re-allocate the tablespace
• Import the tablespace
